2012 has been a challenging year as the season started out with a myriad of engine problems and despite a lot of money was thrown after rebuilding the engine the problems kept haunting us throughout the season, and especially at the Indy GP it was very obvious the engine was down on power and it culminated with the engine blowing up just before the last two races.

October 27/28th was the date for race 11/12 in the Formula Car Challenge, presented by Goodyear. As I had not been in the car since August I had planned a couple of test days to get up to speed. Unfortunately on the first test day my engine blew up so I did not get any testing done prior to the race weekend.

August 23-26th was the date for the annual Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma, where the Formula Car Challenge is a featured series. Also this year the annual Formula Car Challenge Nationals Championships were to be decided this weekend. All together this was by far our biggest race of the season with thousands and thousands of race fans. |

First of all I regret that I have not sent out race reports for a while. I have simply been too busy with my real career but hope I can improve on it in the future, as I have gotten many requests to pick up on it again. The short story is that in the first 6 races in the Formula Car Challenge, I have gotten three 4th places and three 3rd places bringing me in second spot in the championship.

March 10/11th was the date for season opener double header race weekend in the Formula Car Challenge. Unfortunately our preparation towards the new season has been really bad as we spent virtually all our time on fighting engine and car problems meaning I had not had one single lap at Infineon Raceway since our race in November last year. |
